HomeThe Irish Student Law Review is an annual publication edited and produced by students of the Honorable Society of King's Inns. Each publication contains articles written by law students and recent law graduates of all faculties. The Review provides a forum for reflective legal analysis on the part of law students. It also provides students and practitioners with a valuable resource of legal insight and argument. “....JUSTICE is a student undertaking. Students are right to discuss the problems of law. Their field of inquiry is the same as that of judges and also those further fields where judges may not trespass – the policy of law and its due reform. A very proper forum for this discussion is the law review. Necessarily a review is a form of dialogue between writer and reader, and dialogue is the essence of the law. Without the dialogue the law would be silent, truth hidden and justice impotent. The purpose of the dialogue is always the same, whether it is that of solicitor and client, counsel and witness, or judge and advocate: it is the search for the truth. And truth is the first handmaid of justice.” We are now calling for submissions to Volume 17 - email to editor@islr.ie Cheques should be made payable to "Irish Student Law Review" and sent to the following address: American Distributor North American readers should obtain subscriptions direct from the North American agent: Gaunt Inc., 3011 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, FL 34217-2199, USA.
